Parts and Service Advisor
We are looking for a Motorcycle Parts and Service Advisor, ideally with previous experience, who will be able to bring their passion and enthusiasm for Aftersales into our leading franchised dealership. This is a demanding role but for the right candidate, a highly rewarding one.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in either the motorcycle or automotive industries. You must be self motivated and able to manage your time effectively. A good technical knowledge of motorcycles together with the ability to communicate clearly with both the workshop and customers. You should be able to achieve consistently a high level of customer service.
A full motorcycle licence is advantageous for this role and you will be required to work Saturdays.

Technician
We are looking for a fully qualified, experienced motorcycle Technician to join the workshop team in our premium franchised dealership working on one of the UK motorcycle market's leading brands.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of modern motorcycles and be able to use current diagnostic equipment as well as all aspects of servicing and modern engine work. You must be self motivated and able to manage your time effectively. From time to time you may be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technicial explanations in a way that can be easily understood. Qualification as an MOT tester would be advantageous but not essential.
A full motorcycle licence is essential for this role and you will be required to work Saturdays.
